How do we feel about Black Milks negative bones leggings? I kind of want them. I definitely want the velvet leggings, I have been looking for a pair of these for awhile. And of course, galaxy print. Can't get enough of that. They've got some great one piece suits right now, that would be great to use as body suits...maybe good enough to go with my new crochet bell bottoms that should be arriving hopefully soon. Mmmhmm.

I have always and will always loved cropped tops. What better than this light, somewhat shear, perfect length, fall through spring worthy, Freepeople top. I would like to wear this every day until it gets to be 100+ degrees out. Maybe I'll sleep in it.

Oh, oh Leila

Leila Shams is one of my recent favorites. She is relatively new to the solo scene, and I am mega wanting her entire Super Freak s/s 2011 collection. Her 2 prior collections to this were awesome as well...but the upcoming Fall collection...meh. Not too excited about it. These pieces are fan-freaking-tastic, though. Can't decide which is my favorite, but I am feeling those tie-dye purple pants.

A day off! I got to sleep in today. I started taking medicine that has been giving me horrible nightmares. Vivid, scary, sad, upsetting nightmares that seem to last all night. It's so strange that dreams can seriously ruin your sleep, which in turns makes the next day drag on when you feel like a complete drone from lack of sufficient sleep. Today though, I feel great! Thought I'd throw on a cute dress I got awhile back at a boutique here in town and and celebrate a day off where I feel awesome.

Went to ACE, grabbed some hex-nuts, and created this lil baby in about 15 minutes. Full instructions here. Not bad...I just need to figure out how to tie the ends so it's not so bulky.

I'm pretty over octopus jewelry (and owls..) however...these rings are killer!! Handmade on etsy, they look like they are squirming and slithering down your finger. The rose gold one is my favorite...maybe because I can't find anything around here that is rose gold so I am naturally more obsessed over what I can't find. I'd love to see more shark jewelry. I have one awesome shark necklace...but it would be cool to get a ring or bracelet that is shark related. Otherwise, just love the other shots. I need a colorful Peruvian bag. I'm not horribly into oversized purses, but with the colors...this one is a-okay with me.

flea market and beyond

Woke up (somewhat) early Sunday morning to hit up the annual flea market here. We literally hopped out of bed and left. Took zero minutes to get ready after getting dressed. Hence the "dead/sick" look. Worth it. 150 venders...lots of cool stuff, and lots of junk. I only bought jewelry, quite a bit of it...and spent less than $40 total! Holy buckets, I know! Here are some shots from the day...and night. As you can tell, I had a long night. I was ready to sleep on my carpet I was so out of it. Made it to my bed, luckily.
